What payment methods are accepted?

1. Credit Cards: We accept credit card payments via PayPal, the payment processing platform for online shopping.

For methods 2 to 5, please indicate your name and order for our reference, and send a screenshot of the payment confirmation to weborders@rosellemontclair.com. Your order will be cancelled if payments is not received within 3 days from date of order.

SHIPPING

Local Orders

Two options:
1. Delivery fee of S$50.00 for orders less than S$200.00
2. Self-pickup from office

For orders above S$201, delivery will be Free Of Charge.

International Orders

We offer International shipping via airfreight or courier service. Freight charges will be advised according to the items ordered. For in-stock items, please allow approximately 7 to 14 working days for shipping. For items that require production, we will advise the ship date once information is available.
